My weekly email letter to the community

Shalom,
With just three weeks remaining to launching our first ever Cabo Jewish calendar, I strongly encourage you to join in the excitement and submit your business advertisement, send our entire community a message of warmth and care or dedicate a calendar day for each of your family members, by giving them birthday wishes on their special day... Heck! You can even send a shout out to MOM... Submit your message to our Jewish community and to all the Jewish tourists of Cabo by clicking here. The prices are cheap and you are supporting a most useful and needed cause.

I feel guilty speaking about the weather again... But I couldn't resist this week, especially since this seems to be the hot topic of every discussion in Cabo nowadays. The summer so far has been absolutely beautiful. We all geared up for the usual unbearable two months of summer in Cabo, yet so far, it hasn't shown up. Let's hope that this stunning weather can stick through another few months and the heat will pass right by us.

While our local community seems to be travelling about for the quiet season of summer here, our Friday night services and Shabbat meals have thank G-d kept their exciting pace. The energy is vibrant and strong every week at the Center. If you haven't yet joined in the fun (and spiritually uplifting experience no doubt), then get down to our center and participate. It's well worth it.
This week we are also going to be having Shabbat morning services. We will be reading from the Torah, so if you can make it, you will be sure to receive an honor with the Torah. It will bring much blessing in your life.
And finally, this coming Monday we will be receiving two young Rabbi's, who will be travelling around Los Cabos and other cities and towns of the Baja, seeking out and making connections with Jewish locals and tourists who are not in contact with their Jewish roots, enabling them to reestablish their identities as Jews.
(The boys were supposed to come several weeks ago, but were delayed to Monday)
If you know of anyone who would appreciate a visit from the Rabbi's, please email me and let me know.
Hoping that your week is blessed and filled with goodness and happiness. Shabbat Shalom,
Benny
