While emptying out our Chometz foods from the freezer, we decided to chance upon the opportunity of some delicious Mexican steak!

Divine providence had me meet our first Jewish community member (and Jewish family) in La Paz. Carlo! He even got to make a Seder for Pesach this year!! The Rebbe looks out for his flock. Even in La Paz.

Picking up our chicken from the airport two days before Yom tov. One of the coolers broke and I needed to make sure that the chicken hadn't gone bad.
