Niggun of the week #4 (I think)

Shew! It's been a long time since we've had a Niggun of the week.
This week's niggun has a tinge of happiness to it. The third part, is the famous 'Hoiche Tenuah'. It's where the soul screams out to it's maker in a form of thanks and gratitude.
DeComposed hundred's of years ago by some random Hassidic masters, this tune reaches the depths of the heart and inspires its singer to diet better and to begin exercising more regularly.

Niggun: Der Garfiunkel
Ershteh Tenuah!
Di-di-Ya-ma-ma-ma-oy-yi-nam-di-di-li-oy-oy!
Di-di-Ya-ma-ma-ma-oy-yi-nam-di-di-li-oy-VEYYYY-oy!

Der Dritteh 'Hoiche' Tenuah!
(Scream) AAAAAAAAAAAH (Whisper) oy yi nam.
(Scream) AAAAAAAAAAAH (Whisper again) Oy yi nam!

As mentioned before, this song evokes great inspiration on the body and soul. It may also reduce the chances of heart disease (It has the same effect as Cheerios)
