Hong Kong Hashgocho can be boring at times. Other times, it can be a blast. Well, on this particular occassion, I had the bomb of a time. For starters, we had a gorgeous Hotel room in the Grand Hyatt. We also stayed awake until 5:30am to make the kitchen Kosher. Then woke up at 7:30am to continue with the Kashering. Finally, we were there the entire day, keeping watch on the Chinese speaking humans. Making sure that they don't put any creepy crawlers accidently in our chicken soup or the like! ...
